Eyes Down for a Full Convent!

Sisters of Mercy from Eltham and Orpington visited Hornchurch for an afternoon of bingo with the Sisters in Care.

Sr. Sue Randall, in her own inimitable style, accepted the role of Caller. Sisters from Eltham provided prizes. 

For Perpetual, one of the Carers, this was her first experience of bingo… so everyone was delighted when she was the first to win.

The game was followed by a comfortable cup of tea and a special homemade sponge made from our own Convent eggs by Sr. Brendan Mary.
